To begin, the Oyster & Salmon Crudo (chiu chow chili mignonette) will awaken your palate; follow it up with the rich Rigatoni (shrimp, XO butter) and the Steak Two Ways (roasted tenderloin, braised short ribs) made irresistible by truffle butter.
