60 Minute Massage
Swedish - Long, flowing movements of either light or firm pressure to increase flexibility, improve circulation, promote injury recovery, and decrease tension and stress with hot stones.
Deep Tissue - Intense, deep tissue movements using a more invigorating strength of pressure to target the deeper structures of the muscles, connective tissue, and fascia, breaking up stagnant fluids and stubborn knots with with hot stones.
Three Treatment Spa Day
Massage - Your choice of 45 Minute Swedish Massage or Deep Tissue Massage, with Hot Stone treatment included in both techniques.
Mini Facial - A 50 Minute purifying facial treatment designed to cleanse the pores, remove impurities, brighten and anti-age with a combination of steaming, exfoliation, cleansing, masks and natural serums.
Foot Massage - 15 Minute treatment using reflexology methods and relaxing pressure point therapy to relieve aching feet and calves.
