The Baylander is inviting you on board for a dazzling July 4th Party that will be both picture-worthy and unforgettable, starting at 6:00pm on Thursday July 4, 2024.
Grab your $29 Ticket (a $48 value) that gets you admission to this epic soirée, complete with Counter Seating on the Main Flight Deck, as well as 1 Cocktail, Glass of Wine, or Beer.
Round up your crew and bask in the fresh breezes off the Hudson River as live DJ music fills the air. You'll dance, taking a break to drink cocktails like the Below Deck Espresso Martini, or the Captain’s Colada - a frozen tipple repping Bacardi Superior Rum, pineapple juice, and coconut cream.
Snap pictures of NYC in all its glory as the sun sets below the horizon and the city lights glimmer. The colors will reflect off the water, casting a gorgeous glow as you raise a toast to the USA. And when hunger calls, you can order some tacos & hot dogs (for purchase) to hit the spot.

The USA is ready and raring to celebrate its birthday, so toast to history while being immersed in it aboard The Baylander - a retired Vietnam-era utility craft & helicopter landing trainer. You'll delight in sweeping views from a spectacular vantage point on the Hudson River, surrounded by patriotic pals ready to revel!
The Baylander started its service life in 1968 as harbor utility craft YFU-79 during the Vietnam War, and was then converted into a helicopter landing trainer in 1986. Over the next 25 years there were 122,000+ landings on board, allowing service members and allied nations the chance to become aircraft carrier qualified on a moving ship at sea.
After mooring in several locations throughout the New York area, Baylander is currently docked on the Hudson at the 125th St. West Harlem Piers Park. Artifacts from the military are intertwined in the furniture and decor, while the bar & kitchen were originally storage containers that were utilized to provide meals for the troops in Afghanistan.
The DJ sounds will amp up the party feels as you boogie on the deck of this historic vessel. Come time to tipple, go for the Duck Duck Goose Mule with Grey Goose Essences White Peach & Rosemary Vodka, Canton ginger liqueur, fresh lime juice, and Fever Tree Ginger Beer. And if you crave a glass of rosé or an ice-cold brew, they have you covered!
