Athens-born acclaimed restaurateur & Chef Giannis Kotsos draws on his heritage to craft the menu at this jewel. His grandmother's creativity in the kitchen fueled his journey into the culinary arts, leading to the opening of 4 restaurants in the USA in Miami and now, New York City.
His dedication to freshness is one of the reasons his dishes shine with brilliant authenticity. As you sip on luscious wine, begin with Mussels sautéed in a light white wine & butter sauce, moving on to Ribeye Steak served with Greek fries. For a taste of the sea, the Grilled Salmon Platter repping salmon, spanakorizo, pita, and lemon aioli is a dream.

The Williamsburg outpost is the 4th of its kind, a testament to the success of Kotsos' other Miami locales of the same name. Here, you can immerse yourself in a breathtaking escape. Outside, the patio beckons, while inside, bougainvillea drip from the ceiling alongside pendant lamps, casting a luminous glow on cerulean shutters and Santorini-style white walls.
