Also known as Lady Mendl, Elsie was an American actress, interior decorator, and author of the influential novel The House in Good Taste, and a prominent figure in New York, Paris, and London society. Elsie Rooftop is open Monday – Saturday at 4 pm Reservations are recommended but not required. If there are no tables available to reserve, we encourage you to stop by and enjoy our communal bar area.
