Infused with the same family-owned and operated spirit of its highly celebrated sister restaurant in South Korea, New York City’s venue is helmed by Bobby Yoon, who just so happens to be the grandson of the original location’s owner.
The tenderizing process was fine tuned & pioneered by Yoon’s grandfather, and is best showcased in their legendary Short Ribs, marinated for three days, served with lettuce wraps, three ssamjang and stew - all dubbed “delicious” by Time Out.
Should you crave the seafaring, Grilled Soybean Mackerel is a favorite, while the Bulgogi's sirloin marinated in Yoon's special sauce will make you salivate with its sumptuous flavors, all best paired with a bottle of wine or Korea's favorite spirit, soju.
