Mondays just got a whole lot better. Hurry and get your ticket to this intimate 22 person wine and cheese pairing featuring the iconic Seattle-based Beecher's Homemade Cheese at their enormous cheese production facility located in the heart of the Flatiron District.
In 2003, Kurt Beecher Dammeier founded the first Beecher’s in Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market and opened the New York City counterpart in 2011. Now you'll get an exclusive chance to try their multiple award-winning cheeses, including the Flagsheep cheese that won the coveted Best of Show honor in 2017.
Over the course of the evening, you will pair five of Beecher's deliciously domestic, artisanal cheeses with five ultra unique wines while overlooking their super-impressive glass-walled factory.
With help from Beecher's knowledgeable team of experts, rather than be told which cheeses to pair with each wines, you'll be able to have some control over the pairing yourself so you can create your own heavenly combinations attune to your specific palate.
For the last half hour, mix and mingle while you enjoy the final sips from your glasses of vino. Afterwards, you'll be given a complimentary refill of your favorite bottle from the class.
