It's all frights & delights this Halloween, as SPiN Midtown is serving up a different kind of spooky night. It's set to be one fueled by cocktails, costumes, DJs and a little friendly competition. On Saturday October 31, 2026, the Times Square-adjacent ping pong escape transforms into an after-dark Halloween bash where you can drink, dance, rally and revel well into the night.
Grab your $39 Open Bar Ticket (a $55 value) for admission plus a 2 Hour Open Bar serving Cocktails, Wines & Beers from 10:00pm until 12:00am. With drinks flowing freely, this is your chance to gather the crew, loosen up your backhand and see who can actually hold a rally after a few rounds from the bar.
Costumes are strongly encouraged, and there’s more than bragging rights on the line. The best costume of the night scores a $300 prize. Go sinister, glamorous, ridiculous or completely over-the-top. Halloween is your excuse to commit! Once the DJ starts spinning the jams, bones will be shaking & quaking as you boo-gie into the wee hours!
Hungry between matches? SPIN will also be serving a trio of Halloween specials available for purchase. Sink your teeth into Meatballs of Madness, Deviled Eggs with black sesame eggs, Frank’s RedHot filling and your choice of crispy prosciutto, wasabi tobiko or spiced piquillo pepper, or Frankensliders, stacked with SPiN’s signature blend, green goddess cheese, sautéed orange peppers and onions, bacon, crispy sweet potato and a bun of darkness.
Whether you’re actually here to play or just here for cocktails, costumes and chaos, SPiN is here for the spine-tingling vibes...
Just a few steps from Times Square at 1626 Broadway, SPiN Midtown takes the brand’s now-famous “ping pong social club” concept and drops it into the middle of one of Manhattan’s most electric neighborhoods. Spread across approximately 7,500 square feet, the venue pairs 10 Olympic-grade tables with a full-service bar, communal seating, DJ programming and artwork from renowned artists, creating something that feels equal parts game room, cocktail lounge and downtown art space.
SPiN itself began with an unlikely Olympic dream. In 2007, best friends Jonathan Bricklin and Franck Raharinosy began hosting weekly ping pong parties while training in hopes of reaching the U.S. Olympic team. The gatherings quickly snowballed, drawing artists, musicians, bankers and serious players. Alongside former tennis pro and investment banker Andrew Gordon, they opened SPiN’s first permanent New York club in 2009, helping turn table tennis into a full-fledged social nightlife concept.
Midtown carries that playful DNA into the décor. The room is filled with bold contemporary artwork, lounge-style seating and the brand’s cheeky signature touches, including its instantly recognizable bathtub filled with ping pong balls. Giant games like Connect 4 and Jenga spill into the communal areas, while dramatic lighting and a lively bar keep it from ever feeling like a traditional sports hall.
What began as an eccentric NYC experiment has since grown into a multi-city brand built around what SPiN calls an “offline social network,” a place where the game is really just the excuse to connect. With house DJs, craft cocktails, chef-driven food and a come-as-you-are attitude, the Midtown club captures that spirit especially well: energetic, social, slightly irreverent and made for nights that have no interest in sitting still...
