Owners Nicky Dawda and Kiley Holliday curated the space, including its selection of over 100 bagged and loose-leaf teas, to showcase the full range of the West Village’s formidable offerings.
At the bakery, award-winning chef Damien Herrgott (Executive Pastry Chef, Bouley) designs all the pastries, macarons, and other sweet offerings as well as the savory menu and tea service. Herrgott has been working with pastry since his childhood (spent at his parents' patisserie in France), so you're in for a rare treat.
During your visit, you'll ogle a case filled with Bosie's masterful French pastries, viennoiseries and of course, premium French Champagne on your visit (and don't forget to take photos)!
Not to be missed are the tea sandwiches (made with responsibly sourced eggs, chicken and fish). Your choices include Farmer’s Egg Salad On Whole Wheat, Cucumber with Cream Cheese And Dill On White, Chicken Breast With Golden Raisins And Curried Mayonnaise On Multi-Grain, and Cheddar Cheese & Branston Pickle On Whole Wheat.
