Details

Praised by everyone from The New York Times to the Michelin Guide, Tang Hotspot presents New York's most authentic - and elevated - Sichuan-style hotpot experience in a modern-chinoise dining room of jade walls, poured concrete floors, and copper accents.

Savor an extraordinary evening with this $79 pulse (a $144 value) that gives you 2 Combo Platters, 1 Soup Broth, and 2 Cocktails, Glasses of Wine, Sake, or Draft Beers.

Acclaimed Executive Chef Yan Zhang (previously at 150-year-old Beijing institution Quanjude Duck) has created 6 distinctive broths; choose the seasonal Pumpkin Seafood Broth with clams, crab meat, and scallops or go for the traditional Sichuan Spicy Beef Tallow Broth.

As the broth simmers on the table, you'll dip ingredients like raw Wagyu beef, quail eggs, king trumpet mushrooms, and hand-cut tilapia to cook them, making the broth ever more flavorful as your dinner progresses.

The dazzling decor of granite tables, evocative murals and plush banquettes put a luxurious touch on this decadent epicurean ritual...

With a mission to invigorate NYC's hotpot experience and take the dining category to new heights, seasoned restauranteur Yu Li (The Tang) went all the way to Beijing to recruit Chef Yan Zhang and open Tang Hotpot.

Dating back more than 1,000 years, the Chinese hotpot is a traditional dish created in a simmering pot of broth, in which diners can cook fresh meats and raw veggies at the table.

The classic spicy broths at Tang Hotpot use more than 30 different kinds of Chinese herbs, tinctures, and spices for an unforgettable aroma and intense flavor.

You will cook ingredients ranging from Lamb Shoulder Roll and Tiger Prawns to Tofu Sheets and Glass Noodles, then add dipping sauces of your choice like Sesame Paste and Hoisin Sauce. This completely customizable experience makes the hotpot as much of a social activity as a culinary journey.

Chinese-inspired specialty cocktails, such as the Lychee Milk Punch and the Plum Bellini, round out this sizzling and sensorial dinner...

All selections will be made from the restaurant's full dinner menu.
