Experience the most sublime expressions of land and ocean with this $119 pulse, that includes 5 exquisite courses prepared by Chef Nakazawa, a disciple of Jiro Ono, and Chef Ishizaki, formerly of 3 Michelin starred Joël Robuchon Ebisu in Tokyo.

From the fresh scallop brightened with fragrant yuzu paste, to the 5 pieces of Nigiri each served at the perfect temperature, Chef Nakazawa's sushi "grabs control of your senses, and when it's gone, you wish you could have it again" (Pete Wells for The NYTimes, in a rare 4 star review).

Meanwhile, Chef Ishizaki's specially dry-aged steaks, cooked over a white binchotan charcoal, makes an art out of meat, flame, and salt. You'll get to enjoy both Jyukusei and Wagyu - a nonpareil for any steak connoisseur.

Chef Daisuke Nakazawa and Chef Tadaaki Ishizaki have each perfected their craft through years of training and attention to detail that only the highest level of Japanese masters achieve.

Chef Nakazawa is widely known for his appearance on Jiro Dreams of Sushi, which shows his training under master Jiro Ono, considered the best sushi chef in the world. Chef Ishizaki is one of Japan's top authorities on dry-aged beef and takes robata (Japanese grill cuisine) to new heights.

At this intimate and interactive omakase experience, these two world class chefs will personally serve you some of their most loved creations. Taste divine Crab Cakes anointed with wasabi cream and shrimp oil, followed by a sensuous Nigiri course, and then sizzling Wagyu Sirloin Steak with soy lemon onion sauce.

Finally, the night ends with the Egg Custard, which famously appeared in a climactic scene in Jiro Dreams of Sushi; Pete Wells of The NYTimes calls it "transporting."
