The Huevos Rotos makes for a savory delight a lá sunny side eggs, serrano ham, crispy potatoes, and confit tomatoes that show off Spanish traditions. If you're in the mood for something sweet, the Torrijas (challah French toast, custard, sabayon) is another incredible choice that will hit the spot.
