Grab your $49 pulse (a $135 value) for a delightful 2 course dinner for two, including 2 entrees, 1 dessert, and 4 specialty craft cocktails or a bottle of wine to share.
Choose your entrees from any of the 3 menu sections (Water, Earth or Farm-to-Sandwich), highlighting the restaurant's ethos: locally farmed and sustainably fished ingredients.
The Scallop (celeriac mash & honey carrots) is one of the standouts, while The Winter Pig sandwich (braised pork belly, brown butter apple jam, cheddar) is signature Sandy Dee dish.

One of the most notable young chefs driving the farm-to-table movement in NYC, Sandy Dee Hall rose to prominence with his Black Tree restaurant that led the Lower East Side's food revival during the first half of this decade.
With 3 additional restaurants in Williamburg and the Hamptons, Hall has been recognized by Food and Wine and the Food Network, among many outlets.
At his latest project Raw Material, Hall delivers a meticulously sourced, mouthwatering and creative menu, most famous for one of the city's best burgers that is served with mushroom-Alpine cheese & squashup potato, on a warm, house-baked French bun.
The raw dishes from both sea and land are not to be missed, like the Steak Tartar (blueberry-shallot, chive-cured egg yolk), served with fresh rye caraway bread.
The whole restaurant is decorated with reclaimed wood and boasts original fixtures, helping strike the perfect balance between contemporary and antique, making this a must-visit destination for any NYC foodie.
