Cowgirl Sea-Horse was founded by, Sherry Delamarter, a "serial restaurateur" who has over 30 years experience in the NYC restaurants scene, including Tortilla Flats, Gulf Coast, and sister venue (cult favorite) Cowgirl in the West Village which offers a mouthwatering mix of Southern classics.

The conversation-starter Baby Back Ribs are rubbed with a special blend of spices and smoked in house. Forget a half rack, you're going to want a full rack of ribs piled on top of velvety mashed potatoes and cream gravy.
With antler chandeliers, seahorse knick knacks, and sand pails hanging from the ceiling, Cowgirl Sea-Horse is a beloved downtown mainstay in one of New York’s oldest and most authentic neighborhoods.
