Created by legendary NYC restauranteur, chef, and social entrepreneur Jimmy Carbone, Food Karma Projects creates unique events that showcase the finest local food, NYC chefs, craft beer, regional wine, and artisanal spirits while benefiting non-profit community groups.
The 7th Annual Pig Island, Food Karma Projects' marquee annual event, is just around the corner, so grab your ticket to join over 25 New York chefs and 80 locally sourced hogs for a regionally inspired feast!
Participating chefs include the return of old favorites Pitmaster Robbie Richter (Hill Country BBQ) and Michael Jenkins (Butter); as well as new flavors of the year Roxanne Spruance (The Kingsley) and Daniel Delaney (BrisketTown).
You don’t have to be a carnivore to attend, several vegetarian, friendly side stations will offer plenty of other food. Plus, sip on craft beer from Sixpoint, NY State wine, side and a host of artisan whiskies. This is a celebration of regional food and drink that is not to be missed!
