Following their success with Manhattan Proper in Tribeca, owners Will Strozier & Rob Zahn bring you the recently opened Proper West. The restaurant boats a marble bar, custom leather banquettes, hard oak floors and rotating photo exhibits. But the food is what really attracts people here.
Proper West's chef driven menu adds a modern twist to American brunch classics. Take a seat for cocktails and then you are ready to order from a menu that will satisfy carnivores and vegetarians.
