Join Jean-Georges Vongerichten & his talented family for the Food Dreams Foundation's Annual Pasta Dinner - an intimate gathering that centers around exceptional cuisine, stunning drinks, and fundraising in the newly minted Tin Building by Jean-Georges, starting at 6:00pm on Saturday December 3, 2022.
Grab your $149 Ticket (a $190 value) that includes a sensational 4 Course Dinner comprised of Amuse Bouche, A Buffet Of Appetizers, A Selection of Family-Style Pastas & Sides, and a Buffet of Desserts, as well as Wine Pairings served throughout the dinner, and A Specialty Cocktail.
Michelin-starred & multi James Beard award-winning Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten will be joined by his equally talented children, Chef Cédric Vongerichten and Founder Louise Vongerichten Ulukaya, who will all be on site to discuss their foundation, food, and dreams, all while you dive into a spectacular spread of eats & libations.
You can expect a foray of fare like Sashimi on Ice, Crispy Calamari, Cacio e Pepe Pasta, Honeynut Squash Ravioli, Limone Three Cheese Pizza, Basque Cheesecake, and wine pairings to elevate each bite, not to mention a specialty cocktail for the occasion. It all happens at The Tin Building by Jean-Georges - a sprawling food emporium located inside one of New York’s most historic landmarks.

As one of the world’s most famous chefs, Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's resumé is beyond impressive. He reps 3 Michelin stars, early training under Chef Paul Bocuse & Master Chef Louis Outhier, numerous awards, has published several cookbooks, and is a regular on television - his talents are as undeniable as they are incredibly delicious.
His Food Dreams Foundation is also helmed by his children, Founder Louise Vongerichten Ulukaya and Chef Cédric Vongerichten, who, in addition to their father, will be at the event to support the foundation's mission to help passionate individuals around the world gain access to culinary education & career opportunities in the industry that would otherwise be out of reach.
A staggering lineup of eats awaits - we're talking a buffet of apps like Calamari, Beet Greek Salad, Fresh Breads & Charcuterie, and more, followed by massive family-style helpings of Rigatoni & Meatballs with Smoked Chili Tomato Ragu, Cacio e Pepe, Limone Pizza, and then some. A sweet finish comes via a buffet of desserts, namely Green Tea & Lemon Cake, Cookies, Carrot Cake - the list goes on and on!
