Emilia-Romagna-born Owner & Chef Diego Bigucci refined his passion for authentic & traditional Northern Italian cuisine before continuing his train under Michelin-Starred icon Alain Ducasse at Paris' Plaza Athenée. He then moved to NYC, and in 2020, his dream of establishing his own restaurant brand finally came true.
With Bigucci in the kitchen is Chef Claudio Cristofoli (Il Mulino, Cipriani), and together, they create divine dishes like Polpette della Nonna (veal & mortadella meatsball, tomato sauce, Parmigiano), Tagliatelle al Ragu with a rich bolognese sauce, and Tagliata di Manzo, aka prime New York strip with salsa verde & shoestring fries.
