Osteria Delbianco Bryant Park
18 East 41 Street | (212) 268-1548
Chef Diego finished culinary school in his native region of Emilia-Romagna, and worked several years in his hometown of Riccione, where he refined his passion for authentic and traditional Northern Italian cuisine. From Italy, he moved first to Paris, working at the acclaimed Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athenée, and then on to New York City where he’s spent a decade evolving his own personal style. In 2020, his dream of establishing his own restaurant brand finally came through with the opening of the Osteria Delbianco Bryant Park location. Deeply influenced by his grandmother, Nonna Maria Delbianco (the restaurant’s namesake), the fine Italian menu represents a return to Diego’s culinary roots. You will find traditional northern Italian fare – grilled meats and vegetables, hearty soups, and fresh pasta – with specialties from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, including the chef’s own Delbianco family recipes. Osteria Delbianco Bryant Park also features an extensive list of award-winning wines. Located 1/2 block from Bryant Park and the NYC Library, a short walk from Manhattan’s NYC Library, Times Square, Broadway, and Grand Central Station, this charming Italian restaurant is ready to welcome you for lunch and dinner seven days a week.
