The story of OCabanon goes back nearly a decade when three friends decided to bring the "cabanon" dining experience to New York City. Alexandre Mur hailed from Daniel Restaurant, Michaël Faure left Le Bernadin and joined forces with Armel Joly to open their first and massively successful gastronomic locale.

"Cabanon" - meaning little hut in a garden - carries much more weight in the South of France, as it symbolizes a quaint place where you can cook, eat, communicate and socialize. The same holds true for this Chelsea hideaway - a cozy respite from the hustle & bustle.

Start your feast with the Escargots baked in parsley, garlic & butter. Then, move onto the Poulet façon Monsieur Georges (chicken breast marinated in thyme and rosemary served with fingerling potatoes, string beans & creamy mushroom sauce) or the equally decadent Saumon Mi-Cuit, half cooked salmon served with vegetables & potato gratin.
