Mandolino is acclaimed Chef Agostino Cangiano's first foray into owning and operating his own restaurant, after working at some of New York’s most acclaimed Italian restaurants including Rosso Pomodoro and Bella Blu.
Chef Agostino showcases the freshest ingredients evoking the sunny and briny flavors of the Southern Italian coast, like the delectable Linguine Alle Vongole (clams, garlic, fresh herbs) and the Risotto Al Polipo (roasted octopus, olives, white wine).
Seafood lovers will rejoice over the Salmone All A Griglia (Scottish salmon fillet grilled over an open flame) served with crispy carrots, fresh ginger & vervain extra virgin olive oil.
