The Naples native showcases the freshest ingredients evoking the sunny and briny flavors of the Southern Italian coast, like the delectable Linguine Alle Vongole (clams, garlic, fresh herbs) and the Risotto Al Polipo (roasted octopus, olives, white wine).
For pescetarians, the daily fish choices are always a welcoming treat. Try the Salmone All A Griglia (Scottish salmon fillet grilled over an open flame) served with crispy carrots, fresh ginger & vervain extra virgin olive oil.
