Save the date June 15+16 as the celebration of all things ube—the native Filipino purple yam—expands to both Smorgasburg Williamsburg and Prospect Park locations, timed to Philippines Independence Day. Special guest vendors will be serving up everything from ube ice cream, to sandwiches, to tacos and tempura, with Smorgasburg’s regular vendors up in the mix too.
