The kitchen is operated by Chef Salvo LoCastro, who previously served as the personal chef to Popes John Paul II and Benedict XVI. Anyone walking through the doors tomorrow, Tuesday, July 21st, between 3:00pm and 11:00pm will receive a complimentary glass of prosecco and a slice of cake.
