Bottlerocket is at it again with another great tasting! Hiatus Tequila is produced by 3rd generation family distillery, La Cofradia on the outskirts of the town of Tequila. Their water source is filtered through volcanic rock and the distillery, as well as the owners and founders of Hiatus, strive to minimize any environmental impact though their spirit's production.
