The team behind some of the region’s biggest food-and-drink gatherings, including Brooklyn Wine Festival, Jersey City Craft Brew Festival, and NYC Whiskey & Spirits Festival, is back with another reason to raise a glass. The 2026 Brooklyn Cocktail Festival brings that same sip-tastic formula to the world of cocktails, but with a more personal twist: this is your chance to get closer to the bottles, the brands, and the people actually making what’s in your glass.
Rather than simply ordering a drink and moving on, you’ll be able to wander from table to table, taste directly from an eclectic lineup of distillers and drinks makers, and strike up conversations with the people behind each pour. Ask how a tequila is made, what gives a mezcal its smoky character, what inspired a particular cocktail, or what makes a small-batch spirit different from the rest. It’s part tasting festival, part discovery session, and part opportunity to geek out with the experts who live and breathe the drinks they’re serving.
