On Thursday September 10, 2026 starting at 7:00pm, RARE Steak takes over Industry City for one gloriously over-the-top night of unlimited steak, elevated cocktails, premium spirits, live music & entertainment, all while some of the city’s hottest chefs and steakhouses battle it out for beef supremacy. You'll eat, sip, vote, repeat, and generally live out your most carnivorous dreams.

Amasa Steakhouse, Cafe Commerce, Chef Marc Forgione, Del Frisco's, Gargiulo's, Hudson VU, Iguazu, Le Rivage, Mastro's, Meat Truck, One Rare Steakhouse, Papa San, Pearl Box, Porterhouse Party, Raval Steakhouse, Reserve Cut, Royal 35, Skirt Steak, S. Ottomanelli & Sons, STK, Tallow Steakhouse, Togyushi, and Vinyl Steakhouse are among the names currently joining the feast, with even more still to be announced.

Sip your way through elevated spirit samples and cocktails, with participating names including Elijah Craig, Tequila Ocho, Still Austin Gin, Corona, Modelo Especial and more. Each competing restaurant is also tasked with creating a signature cocktail pairing, turning this into one seriously juicy choose-your-own-adventure of steak and drinks.
Then comes the showdown. Wander Industry City with a drink in hand, follow the smoke, sample your way through 25+ restaurants, catch the live music & entertainment, and cast your People’s Choice vote alongside the expert judging panel to help crown NYC’s steak champions.
