Delighting New Yorkers since 2013, The Winslow is the work of Mark Tafoya, Aidan Fogarty (Hibernia Bar), and Joe Cintron (The Central). More recently Executive Chef Nathan Pauley has given the restaurant celebrity appeal, having spent time under Executive Chef Mads Refslund, co-founder of the 3 Michelin Starred Noma in Copenhagen.
Designed as a home away from home, this homage to the London gin hotspot brings in a heavy dose of Manhattan cool. When you're not sipping Mimosas & Bloody Marys for brunch, the bar boasts over 40 different styles and brands of gin. Each is hand selected and paired with a specialty tonic or mixed into one of their signature cocktails.
But, of course, it’s the brunch bevvies that set the tone, and The Winslow brings the boozy bliss. They'll keep the good times flowing, and you’ll be sipping like a pro while diving into a menu stacked with heavy hitters.
Craving something sweet and savory? The Waffle BEC boasts fluffy waffles layered with eggs, crispy bacon, cheddar, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a hit of HP aioli.
