Applauded by Eater, Tokugawa Park Avenue is inspired by the legacy of the Japanese Emperor Tokugawa. Known for his appreciation of fine arts and refined taste, this Flatiron jewel embodies his spirit of elegance, tradition, and innovation. In light of this, expect excellence and attention to detail sure to illuminate your senses.

Coupled with the industry intel of the Serafina Restaurant Group, Itamae (head chef) Chef Kazuo Yoshida leads the culinary powerhouse here. A renowned figure in the NYC sushi scene known for his previous work at Juku, 1or8 in Brooklyn, Jewel Bako, and Hasaki in the East Village, his vibrant personality & creative flair set the stage for a procession of edible magic.

At Tokugawa, the atmosphere exudes a perfect blend of traditional charm & contemporary beauty. Soft lighting casts a cozy glow and the decor splendidly pays homage to Japanese heritage. Expect rich wood accents, nods to minimalism, and carefully curated artwork that together paint a serene scene.

As the menu is constantly changing to reflect the turn of the seasons, every visit will result in a new roster of dishes. Past presentations included Unagi, Wagyu Uni repping seared wagyu beef topped with uni and shiso, Torched Salmon adorned with seared salmon and spicy salmon ikura, not to mention Shiso Tempura and the Mini Don loaded with decadent elements.

A few glasses of wine, or the crisp brilliance of hand-picked sake will make every morsel transcendent - need we say more?

All selections are made from the restaurant's full dinner menu.
