Unlike other sushi locales, Kissaki has its own Fishery and Wildlife License. This means that they get Uni, Caviar and most of their fish directly from Japan. They also work with fishermen from all over California, Montauk, the Outer Banks, and Gloucester Bay, just to name a few. With that in mind, expect the best quality fish that is caught in its own ecosystem, resulting in outstanding flavors.
