Venhue, which is a play on the words venue (a place artists perform) and hue (colors and pairing) will bring together culinary artists and art mediums in a fun environment that sways from the pretentious, boring, long-form reputation of fine dining. Add in the talents of Italian-born Chef Steven Franco, who brings his modern approach to the Mediterranean cruise while paying homage to his nonna.
Chef Franco will collaborative with other chefs to keep things fresh, creating dishes like Squid Ink Blinis with whipped lemon ricotta, salmon roe, & dill, Japanese A5 Cube Skewers with parsnip & horseradish purée, and 7 Years- Aged Acquerello crowned in mixed mushrooms, pecorino al tartufo fonduta, and a parmesan crisp, among others.
