Brothers & Restauranteurs Michael Karim Sopariwalla and Amin Himani (River Dock Restaurant, Nanking, Park Lane on Central Park South) joined forces to open this Mediterranean dream, whose interiors boast creamy leather chairs, pale wood walls, plenty of natural and ambient light, Turkish volcanic stone, woven elements, and the like, designed by Seed Design Planning, aka the brains behind Donatella Restaurant, Slate, and Penthouse at the Dream Hotel.
As you sip on glasses of fine wine or delight in the craft cocktails, dip into Girit Ezme (feta, Valbrasso cheese, pistachio purée, walnuts, parsley, basil, crushed red pepper, garlic), moving on to Surf 'N Turf (filet mignon, jumbo shrimp, or the behemoth Mixed Grilled Platter with organic grilled chicken, lamb chops, meatballs, and skirt steak served with Greek lemon rice.
Dessert adds the finishing touch, so be it baklava or something equally sensational, end the evening on a high note...
