Helmed by Lou Ramirez from Maison Kayser and Le Pain Quotidien, the French baker Luc Boulet, and financier Alex Garese, Heritage is all about passion & cuisine in a stylish and worldly setting. The interiors are simply gorgeous, evoking the bright, nautical charms of the Greek Islands via various shades of rich wooden tones, caged chandeliers, and an air of laidback yet elevated charm.
A bold glass of Merlot will heighten the flavors of starters like velvety Foie Gras, best followed by the Seared Lamb Chops crowned with Persian cucumber, labneh, mint, cilantro, and chile, not to mention the Loup De Mer - a wood-fired Branzino adorned in pistachio chermoula & charred lemon.
