Upper East Side elegance, authentic Italian charm, and absolutely delicious food make Maruzzella a trifecta of evening perfection. Applauded by Time Out, you'll "soak up the serenity of the intimate space," and find bliss in the neighborhood favorite that has maintained its coveted outpost since 1988.

Grab your $69 pulse (a $117 value) for a 3 Course Dinner For Two that includes 1 Appetizer, 2 Entrees, 1 Dessert, and 2 Cocktails, Wines, or Beers so sip in unison with your feast.

Owners Nicola & Ramiro serve up family-owned & operated hospitality sunnier than the island of Capri, all within a buzzing, cozy locale akin to a hidden Tuscan trattoria. Tomato reds & sunflower yellows warm up the storied treasure, which you can find filled with regulars every night of the week.

Sip on a Negroni while you dive into starters like Vongole al Forno, aka Baked Clams, followed closely by mains to the tune of Farfalle al Prosciutto di Parma (Parma ham, garlic, butter, peas, arugula, plum tomatoes, parmesan), Branzino alla Triestina (sea bass, white wine, lemon sauce, cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs), and Tagliata di Manzo con Rucola (grilled sirloin steak, rucola salad).

A dessert such as Tiramisu will add a sweet touch to a marvelous ensemble of fare - it's simply magnifico!

"The right combination…dependable, often memorable…quaint…neighborhood favorite…personal attention.” So says Zagat when they rave about the Upper East Side family-owned and operated jewel, Maruzzella. Since opening their doors in 1988, Maruzzella upholds the same staying-power it had since its inception.

The scene is ultra-cozy & welcoming, given a sophisticated edge via white tablecloths and vintage posters. Exposed brick adds a warmth to the already intimate atmosphere filled with an air of social buzz. In the summer, delight in fresh air as the windows and doors open to let the cool breezes & city energy flow.

Sip from a glass of divine red or white wine, slicing into starters like delicate Carpaccio con Parmigiano e Rucola (thinly sliced raw beef, rucola, parmesan cheese), or crunch into Calamari Fritti (crispy calamari, lemon, spicy marinara sauce) alongside an Espresso Martini.

Next up, your taste buds will adore the Scaloppine di Vitello al Marsala (veal scaloppini, marsala wine, mushrooms), while the Salmone alle Erbe (baked salmon with herbs) offers a fabulous taste of the sea. The Costolette di Agnello (grilled baby lamb chops, port wine sauce, garlic, rosemary) is another standout for the carnivorous.

A homemade dessert will act as the grand finale to your bella notte - cheers to that...

All selections will be made from the restaurant's full dinner menu.

  • "An excellent neighborhood gem with welcoming staff and service. Understated, cozy and comfortable it's a great place to unwind and have a superb authentic Italian meal. If you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine, with very good choices and selections you have to try it...it's been around for 24 years for a reason."

  • "The food is fabulous! I have been there many times and never had a bad meal! And the service is above and beyond. Thank you for such good pasta and fish and desserts!"

  • "Been to this restaurant probably 6 times already. I absolutely love this restaurant, the food is delicious and the owner takes the time to get to know his guests. Living in New York City it's so nice to go to a neighborhood restaurant where the staff takes their time being personable with you and where they know your name. The food is so delicious and I could eat the roasted eggplant with goat cheese every meal of the week. I could not recommend this place more!"
