A most dynamic duo, Chef Andrew Maturana (Rapt Hospitality) and General Manager/Mixologist extraordinaire Tyler Hollinger (Highlife Productions) have created a unique farm-to-table concept that not only serves its cuisine with a seasonal, sustainable, and locally-sourced mission, but also it's cocktail menu, which they aptly call "farm-to-bar."
Hyper-seasonal & organic, each sip & bite is crafted with elements that support local farms, flowing with the seasons for flavors that are truly enchanting. Thisnk Oysters Rockefeller (garlic butter spinach, Parmigiano breadcrumbs, pernod, lemon, warm baguette) and an Elderflower G&T, comprised of gin, micro bubble Fever Tree tonic, Heimat elderflower, citrus, and mint - divine in every way.
There's also the Classic Cheese & Arrabbiata Red Sauce Flatbread (pecorino, prosciutto, rosemary) which would pair so well with the Spring Mai Tai. Think Jamaican spiced rum, velvet falernum, dry Curacao, orgeat, pineapple, and thyme demerara for the ultimate refreshing assemblage.
