Reminiscent of the over the top holiday decor found throughout South America, The Rooftop has been transformed into a tropical winter paradise, decked out with silver eucalyptus, glittering metallic tropical birds and massive eye-catching silver LED snowflakes dripping from the ceiling.
Upon arrival, guests will immediately spot the new rooftop fireplace, the perfect place to cuddle up with one of the pink faux fur blankets and enjoy a warm, boozy drink to the soundtrack of the rooftop’s curated holiday playlist. Toss back Coquitos and take advantage of the hot chocolate bar to build your own cocoa creation with ten topping options.
Finally, hit your sweet tooth at the churro bar, which will be a play on the signature churros made downstairs at HOWM (pronounced "home"), sided by dipping sauces including dulce de leche, tres leches, apple butter and traditional abuelita's chocolate sauce.

A new jewel atop Concrete Hospitality's crown of coveted establishments (including Catria, 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, Tulo House, Mondrian, and W Hotels), this spectacular of seasonal delights will blow you away!
Take in views of Chelsea, Hudson Yards and the Empire State Building, warming up next to the fireplace, wrapping yourself and your date in pink faux fur blankets, and kickstarting that internal flame with drinks sure to hit the sweet spot.
Slip into a Coquito - a traditional Latin American holiday beverage made with coconut milk, condensed milk, rum & spices, or shake things up with bourbon, aged tequila, & aguardiente. The hot chocolate bar also can't be missed, repping toppings like s'mores, candy canes, toasted coconut, marshmallows, and more.
Downstairs gem, HOWM, will stock up the churro bar so you can dunk them into dulce de leche, tres leches, apple butter and traditional abuelita's chocolate sauce, getting “the works” that includes shaved chocolate and whipped cream.
