Gypsy Rose Bistro's story begins with a team of like-minded gourmands representing multiple cultural backgrounds, finding common ground over the love of eating, drinking, and creating an amazing atmosphere together.
Freshness and creativity drive the masterful assembly of each impeccable dish on the star-studded menu. You'll savor it all, starting with a gorgeous bottle of wine or bubbles to get your palate in the mood for indulgence.
We love the Mexican Street Corn or Chicken Empanadas (scallion, cilantro cream sauce) to start, followed by mains like Dibi Lamb (braised lamb loin, African spices, jollof rice or sweet plantain), as well as the Assiette du Pêcheur stuffed with calamari, scallops, shrimp, and pineapple chutney.
A finale of homemade Tiramisu or Bananas Foster will surely be a sweet ending to your glorious repast...
