Owners Ayana & Tobias have created a home for authentic German style cooking in Brooklyn's Fort Greene and Boerum Hill neighborhoods - complete with rustic, chic interiors, picturesque outdoor seating, and festive decorations.
Make your way to the outdoor sidewalk chalet to savor the crisp autumn breeze with your HB Original, or post up in the indoor beer hall on Fowler Plaza to enjoy the live band.
Plus, after enjoying a few, enter the traditional Mugholding contest where you'll try your hand at holding out a full stein with your arm extended for as long as you can - outlast your opponents to receive the title as well as covet-worthy prizes!
