Uncork a bottle of Chianti or Pinot Grigio, kicking off your "bella notte" with Tuna Tartare (avocado, mango-soya sauce, crostini), followed by decadent mains like Tagliata 12oz Prime Rib Eye with roasted garlic & red roasted potatoes, or Branzino, thyme marinated & pan seared with potato cream and a carrot ginger sauce.
