Modern Mediterranean meets New York City energy and community charm at Sami & Susu, a Williamsburg jewel quickly earning a top spot in the area's coveted cuisine scene.
The restaurant takes its name from a famous Arab-Israeli children's TV show that symbolized unity and hope for peace, and that ideology gets translated into the friendship of owners Amir Nathan and Jordan Anderson, who developed Sami & Susu over a shared passion for the culinary arts and their upbringings as Jewish-Americans.
Work on your tan along the waterfront or find shade under a tree, tucking into dreamy dips and scrumptious salads that have regulars swooning. Your palate will become enlightened by the pure simplicity and freshness of every bite, and the smooth, dreamy tasting notes of your natural wine.
