As close as you can get to sitting in a trattoria in the heart of Tuscany, Brooklyn Pasta Lab brings la dolce vita to your doorstep. Each part of your dinner is concocted with passion by American-Italian Chef Michael Pini.
Having spent time at New York City icons like Betony & Eleven Madison Park, Chef Pini also worked at the famous Bruno e Franco La Salumeria in Bologna, Italy.
Using traditional techniques and tools such as a 'mattarello' (a large Italian rolling pin), each kit also includes scrumptious sauce pairings and a recipe to follow, feeding two people generously.
