Indulgent dishes will be assembled by Chef Lou Fontana (Cuoppo NYC), who discovered his passion for the culinary arts from his incredibly talented grandmother and founder, "Mama Anna." Plus, his brother Carmine Fontana is the Operations Manager, and nephew Jaeden helms the front of house - a family affair, indeed!
Atop tables draped in luxe white cloth, let your array of wines & plates set the scene. Alongside a red vintage, slice into juicy Filet Mignon, cooked in a Barolo wine & mushroom reduction. The Linguini Frutti di Mare is also a visual & palatable stunner, crowned with half a lobster, a seafood medley, and a dreamy red or white sauce.

When we say family is at the core of the spot's success, we mean it. Founder Mama Anna passed on her legacy to her kin - Operations Manager Carmine Fontana helms the spot, while brother Lou Fontana is the Executive Chef, not to mention Carmine’s son, Jaeden, who now runs front of house.
