For the 5th year in a row, Charcuterie Masters will showcase a staggering display of culinary excellence via a competition where master butchers, charcutiers, and smokehouses go head-to-head for the coveted Charcuterie Masters Crown, awarded by esteemed judges.
Lauded in Travel + Leisure, Charcuterie Masters sets the stage for the finest charcuterie, be it Spain’s famed jamon de pata negra, to velvety lardo & whipped lardo, hot smoked bacon, and then some, plus a few surprises in store for eager gourmands.
The lineup of contestants is impressive, to say the least: Chef Giuseppe Viterale (Best Chefs America, Ornella Trattoria), French Culinary Institute alum Chef Stephen Yen of Tao Downtown, and Chef Alfonso Zhicay of Michelin Guide favorite Casa del Chef Bistro - just to name a few.
