Divided into three sections, the menu's 1st Generation selection honors tradition, like the Margherita DOC with creamy certified buffala. The 2nd Generation takes your taste buds on an edible journey, translated in the Cosenza studded with n’duja, butternut squash, fontina, stracciatella, oregano, and spicy honey.
The 3rd Generation brings us to the present day, inspired by Brooklyn's evolution into modern times. The Al Roker and its sopressata piccante, fontina, caramelized onions, roast peppers, tomatoes, mozzarella, and rosemary is delightfully divine.
