From Milan to Palermo, each part of the boot will be represented. Tuscan vinos will elevate Roman-style Braised Oxtail Stew with celery, carrot, onion & tomato, while coastal cocktails bring a new perspective to plates of Vitello Tonnato, a traditional Piemontese veal dish with tonnato sauce, among so many other "buonissimo" foods - and, of course, fresh gelato!
