Helmed by legendary restaurateur, chef, and social entrepreneur Jimmy Carbone, Food Karma Projects' 10th Annual Pig Island spectacular will showcase the finest eats, chefs, craft beers, regional wines, and artisanal spirits while benefitting non-profit organization Friends of Firefighters.

Over 20 New York chefs supporting locally sourced, small & sustainable farms will turn top notch hogs into succulent works of culinary art for a regionally inspired feast on the waterfront lawn of Erie Basin Park.

As you soak in the early September sun and snap photos of the waterfront views, dig into juicy creations by Tank Jackson of Charleston's Holy City Hogs; Phil Wingo of Porkmafia; Jason Fox of Hudson and Charles; Celebrity Chef Jesse Jones; and Morgan's Brooklyn Barbecue's Cenobio Canalizo and Eric Springer, among others.

In addition to the porky perfection, Rocket Fuel Hot Sauce + Cheese, Cabot Cheese, Roni Sue's Chocolate-Covered Bacon, Ritter Sport Chocolate and more will offer plenty of extra bites to nosh as you listen to the live sounds of music fill the gorgeous weekend air.

Finally, sip on craft beers from Sixpoint, wines from around New York state, ciders by Austin East, and a host of artisan spirits to the tune of Mezcal De Leyenda, Olde New York Farm Distillery, and Breukelen Distilling...the list goes on!

Gather your foodie crew, make some new friends, and devour to your heart's content!
