Inspired by designer Mark Zeff's bespoke homes found dotting the beaches of East Hampton, BLACKBARN's upscale farmhouse heart gets an urban facelift with the use of reclaimed windows, an awe-inspiring overhead structure, and leather dining chairs made in Brooklyn.
The earthy elegance of this particular cuisine is translated in each plate, from BLACKBARN Burgers stacked high with layers of fried eggs, pork belly, pawlet cheese, jalapeños, & BBQ sauce, to exquisite servings of Egg Yolk Raviolo in a black truffle emulsion.
Fried Chicken & Waffles also get a Doherty-style makeover thanks to an infusion of rosemary-parmesan & a drizzle of Vermont maple butter sauce. There are nods to creole traditions (Shrimp & Grits), and hints of French indulgence (Waffle Croque Madame), all heightened by the finest live blues trios playing their soulful sounds throughout your feast.
