Grab your $49 pulse (a $74 value) for admission to this 3.5 Hour BBQ bacchanalia where 15+ of New York City's most acclaimed pitmasters will serve up their beef and pork rib meat creations to eager appetites as they compete for the title of Rib King 2019!
Some of the biggest names in the business will be cooking up a storm, including local grill legends like Hill Country Barbecue Market's Ash Fulk as well as Queens Bully & "Chopped: Grill Masters" winner Melvin “Boots” Johnson, among others.
Adjacent to East River State Park in Williamsburg, you'll sip on special mezcal margaritas, wines, craft beers, and ciders, savoring each distinctive flavor as you catch the breathtaking sunset dip behind the Manhattan skyline...
Start your summer weekend off right by heading over to The 2019 Rib King NYC Food & Drink Festival that will once again feature an impressive roster of over 15 exceptional restaurants and pitmasters sharing their most innovative takes on beef & pork rib meats in the hopes of being crowned Rib King 2019.
One of Food Karma Projects' marquee events of the calendar (along with Brisket King and Pig Island) Rib King promises to fill you up with imaginative eats ideal for gastronomes and causal foodies alike.
On the menu: Gentle Giant Brewing Company & Barbecue's Matt Worgul and Alex Recchia, Izzy’s Brooklyn Smokehouse's Izzy Eidelman and his kosher concoctions, some Korean BBQ flare from Kimchi Smoke's Robert Austin Cho, and so much more!
The heat will work up your thirst, which is why free-flowing sips from Kings Highway Fine Cider, Gentle Giant Brewing, Jack Daniels Barrel Select, and a special mezcal section, just to name a few, will be ready to pour their way into your hearts and heighten each tender, juicy bite.
All this while The Dusty Wright Five perform some killer jams for you to dance to while eating, drinking and enjoying the spectacular views!
