Located within the palatial Sofitel New York, Gaby Brasserie Française is an Art Deco restaurant named after the 1920s Parisian model and muse to Paul Poiret. The restaurant was built by Paris-based interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon.
In the kitchen, Executive Chef Robert Hohmann brings to his role more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, and has headed the kitchens of some of Manhattan’s most established hotels. Chef Hohmann has also hosted events for Presidents Obama, Bush Junior, Clinton & Bush Senior.
Settle into your meal with the Burrata that comes served with Serrano Ham, confit tomatoes, pesto and grilled baguette. For your main course, indulge in dishes like the Filet Mignon (caramelized cipollini onions, cognac peppercorn sauce) and the Stripped Bass (Manila clams, chorizo).
The New York Cheesecake with raspberry sauce provides the perfect accompaniment to finishing off any bottle of wine that you select.
