In the kitchen Executive Chef Johanthan Silva began his career at Virgil's BBQ, before achieving celebrity status for his time at Russian Tea Room; all this leading to the fine-tuned menu of sophisticated, Southern-inflected American classics.
The Seafood Boil is the perfect entree to share - a platter of Snow Crab Leg, Peeled Shrimp, Corn & Red Baby Potatoes served with Sall's Sauce (Mild, Medium or Hot). Alternatively, try the Jollof - well seasoned rice served with baked chicken and a side of coleslaw.
